Cambridge City- Gail Mann, 72, a former Cambridge City resident, passed away on Saturday evening August 29, 2009 at Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tennessee. A daughter of the late Virgil and Leona Smith Davidson, Gail was born in Pershing, Indiana on July 17, 1937. She was a Pharmacy Technician, licensed in Indiana and Florida.
Gail had lived in Cambridge City and Hagerstown while working for Hooks / Rexall Drug Stores in Cambridge City and Knightstown. She and her husband Ervin moved to Florida in 1994 and have made their home in Nashville, Tennessee for the past 5 years. Gail was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Ervin J. Mann. They were married in Pershing on June 12, 1954.
