FRITZ LARUE
Fritz was born September 16, 1932, in Port Au Prince, Haiti to the parentage of the late Dennis Larue and Yvonne Clesca. He left Haiti when he was 29 to move to the USA to become a machinist at Hayward Manufacturing where he eventually retired after many years of service.
While living in the U.S., Fritz cared for and helped raise a family. His immediate family consisted of his wife, Andrelita Jean Baptiste, son Ronald, and two daughters Claire-Angele and Yolette. He was fortunate to live long enough to know his grandchildren Jamal and Jackie Larue, Jonathan and Pasha’e Larue, Ivica and Joshua Mazile, along with his great grandchildren, Victoria, Destiny, Chris, Caron, Jaylee, Camal and Caylib Larue
Fritz was a fanatic of the NY Jets, wrestling and most of all Soccer. He also loved to fish at Sandy Hook and frequented the park in the warmer months to fly kites.
Fritz enjoyed being surrounded by his family and friends. He lived for the celebrations and looked for any occasion to schedule a festive event. Whether it was playing poker/dominoes or having a cookout in his backyard. Those were the moments that meant the most to him.
In the end, the pandemic caused those events to decrease dramatically.
