Mrs. Frieda Ann Maxey, the daughter of the late Fred Kinnebrew and Clara B. Kinnebrew, was born August 27, 1941, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Frieda was the middle child of three daughters. Frieda received her educational training in the Indianapolis Public School System and attended Crispus Attucks High School.
At the age of sixteen, Frieda married Curtis Parson Sr., four children were birthed through their union, two sons, the late Dewayne “David” and the late Curtis Parson Jr., and, two daughters, Sherri and Terri.
