Frederick E. James, Jr. passed away after a brief illness on Friday, February 1, 2013, at home in Cocoa Beach with his family at his side. He joins his parents, Irene and Fred James, in heavenly peace. He leaves behind his beloved son, Connor Fitzgerald James and wife, Kathleen McCann James, his sister, Julie James Solomon, along with an extended family of in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and life-long friends.
Freddie was born in Miami Beach, Florida on February 18, 1957. He attended Holy Family Catholic School and Chaminade High School. He followed in his father’s footsteps and served as a life guard for the City of Miami Beach.
