Freda Mae Woods, 97, of Boerne, went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 30, 2021.
Freda is survived by her daughters, Cydney Woods and Terry Heyroth (Gary); her grandchildren, Gregory C. Woods, Jeffrey Heyroth and Jody Heyroth (Angela); her great grandchildren, Jon-Alys Woods, Sidney D. Woods and Zachary Heyroth; her adopted daughter, Rosemary Dooley (Dennis); as well as numerous family, friends, and Chipper, all of whom love and will miss her dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband Sidney H. Woods; her son, Gregory B. Woods; her parents and eight siblings.
Special thanks to the medical staff at Main Methodist Hospital 9th Floor South, Vitas Hospice Hospital and Menger Springs Kendall House. Also, our deep appreciation to Dr. Mark Canalas, Dr David Fuentes, and Dr. Michael Konopacki for the profound medical care through the years. And heartfelt thanks to Valarie and Linda for their devotion and thoughtful attention.
