Franklin Roosevelt Wireman age 80 of Medaryville, IN passed away on Thursday, January 31, 2013, at St. Anthony Hospice, Crown Point, IN. He was born in Waldo, KY on November 28, 1932, to Dewey and Annie (Bailey) Wireman, both deceased.
On May 20, 2011, he married his lifelong companion of 45 years, Betty Jean Graham, who survives. Franklin was a maintenance worker for Monon Trailer. He served in the US Air force during the Korean Conflict. He was a member of Faith Pentecostal Church of God in Rensselaer and a member of Wheatfield American Legion Post #406.
Franklin is survived by his loving wife, Betty Jean Wireman. Children; Larry (Linda) Wireman, IA; Robert B. (Katie) Wireman, IA Rose (Ralph) Suges, Wheatfield, IN. Step-children, Dale (Kathy) Carter and David Carter both of Rensselaer, IN. Brothers, Garner Wireman, Gifford, IN & Wallace (Faye) Wireman, CO. Sisters, Louise Dunn, SD & Sue (Ervin) Stone, Gifford, IN.
Preceded in death by his parents, son Kenneth Lee Wireman, and 9 brothers & sisters.
