Frank W. Porter, 62, of Bloomington, died at Bloomington Hospital.
He was born in Louisville, Kentucky on November 21, 1946 to William E. and Martha (Washington) Porter. He was cared for by his guardians Dwight and Cathy Coffman of Bloomington and hundreds of other friends. He was active and a well loved member of the Apostolic Bible Church, Indiana and Monroe County Self Advocacy Group. He loved to bowl and was an avid IU Basketball Fan and a fan of the Indianapolis Colts and WWE.
He has been affiliated with Stone Belt since 1996 and worked to assemble parts for Cook Inc through Stone Belt. He had worked at various other jobs throughout his life.
