Frank McDonald Riggs, 70, of 3408 Sheryl Drive. Raleigh, died Friday, April 20, 2007 at Rex Health Care. Mr. Riggs was born in Pamlico County, NC, the son of the late Lillie Mae Whorton Riggs and Jesse L. Riggs, Jr. He was a veteran of the U S Air Force, a retired systems analyst for the State Computer Center and a member of Wake Cross Roads Baptist Church.
