Frank J. Salveggio, 75, of Willimantic, died Monday April 16, 2007 at his sons home in Canterbury. He was born September 6, 1931, the son of Frank and Adele (Nowakowski) Salveggio and was a lifelong Willimantic resident. He was predeceased by his wife Helen (Kelley) Salveggio in 1995.
