Frank Giordano, 85, of West Haven, husband of Eleanor Grestini Giordano passed away at his home with his family by his side on Saturday December 3, 2011. Beloved father of Marianne (Alan) Brown and Cynthia Giordano. Grandfather of Lauren, Kaitlin, Gregory and Courtney. Frank also leaves behind his three brothers Thomas and William Giordano of Fla. and Joseph “Richie” Giordano of East Haven, also predeceased by one brother Eugene Giordano and one sister Angela. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Frank was a Veteran of the U.S Navy and retired from the city of New Haven. He played semi pro baseball for the N.Y. Giants and locally for Columbus Auto Body. Frank was also a diehard Atlanta Braves fan.
