Frank Edward Hall, age 79, passed away Saturday, July 2, 2022 at AdventHealth New Smyrna surrounded by his family and friends.  Born in Pikeville, Kentucky on  October 28, 1942 to Charles Jit and Martha M. Scott Hall, Frank came to the area in 1959.

 

A builder, he was a special guy and if you knew him, you immediately loved him.

 

Survivors include his sons, Kevin (Karen) Hall, of New Smyrna Beach and Kyle (Lisa) Hall, of Alcoa, Tennessee; grandson, Austin (Beth) Hall, of Maryville, Tennessee; granddaughters, Jessica (Curtis) Herd, of Maryville, Tennessee and Kelsy Hall, of Kodak, Tennessee; great grandson, James Herd; great granddaughter, Alison Herd; sister, Phyllis Kensrue, of Lexington, Kentucky; brother, Walter (Janice) Hall, of Browns Township, Michigan; close friends Bonnie Coty and Tommy Washburn, of New Smyrna Beach. Frank is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins and good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Ronnie Jack Hall and Larry Gene Hall.
