Muncie-Frank E. Friskey, 75, passed away early Sunday morning, April 3, 2011, at the Brookside Health Care Center following an extended illness. He was born June 14, 1935 in Logansport, the son of Phillip C. and Mildred E. (Cohee) Burkholder Friskey and step father, Clifford Burkholder.
Mr. Friskey had worked for the Logansport Electric Company for 20yrs and then the C&O Railroad for 10yrs. He enjoyed fishing and hunting.
Frank is survived by two daughters, Marcetta Domeika, Seelyville and Amy Friskey, Muncie; one son, Ronnie Friskey, Taylor Mill, Kentucky; seven grandchildren; three sisters, Mary Jason (husband-Walt), Logansport, Gloria Nearing, Chillicothe, Illinois, and Marlena Baglin (husband-Harry), Elgin, Illinois; one brother, Victor Friskey (wife-Sue), Grinnell, Iowa; a sister-in-law, Gladys Friskey, Logansport; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and stepfather, 1 grandson, Cobin Decker; several brothers and sisters.
