Francis Thomas Graham, 70, of Haddam, husband of Judith (Butler) Graham, passed away on Tuesday, July 15th at Hartford Hospital. Born in Norwich, he was the son of the late Garfield F. and Loretta (Connell) Graham. Francis lived in Haddam for the past 30 years, worked for Cytec in Wallingford for 21 years, was a member of the Rocky Hill American Legion Post# 0200 and was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He served in the US Navy for six years as a plankowner on the first nuclear cruiser, the USS Long Beach CGN-9 where he earned the rank of Machinist Mate First Class Nuclear. Besides his wife, he is survived by a sister, Margaret Stanek and her husband, David of North Canton, OH; a niece, Sharon S. Leyden and her husband, Robert of Bowie, MD; a nephew, David A. Stanek, Jr. and his wife, Annette of North Canton, OH; a great nephew, Eric G. Leyden; a great niece, Brittany N. Stanek and his dearest friends, Daniel DelBiondo of New Hartford and Douglas DelBiondo of New Britain.
