Francis Albert per the wishes of Mr. Albert cremation has taken place and there will be no other services. July 29, 1926 ~ December 4, 2014 (age 88).
I always loved his adventure stories…from surviving in the backwoods of Canada with his French-Canadian relatives…to growing up in Detroit (and his stories of the Purple Gang)…to prospecting for uranium (yes, really)…to living in Panama, the Virgin Islands, and other paradises. Al had no shortage of adventure…serving with the FAA on military bases around the world…repairing the first TVs (even for Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr.)…and making the perfect real estate or car deal. He was a good man and saw it all!
