Francine L. Brown (nee Simcox) of Edgewater Park, passed away Saturday April 11, 2020 at her residence at the age of 80. Born in Trenton, Francine was a longtime resident of Burlington before moving to Edgewater Park.
She worked for many years as a teacher’s assistant for the Burlington County Special Services School District in Westampton. In her spare time she enjoyed doing arts and crafts and loved spending time with her grandchildren. Those who knew her will remember her funny, infectious laugh and how she would be all too happy to show you what exactly a “cowbite” was.
Francine was predeceased by her parents Howard and Adelaide (nee Balmer) Simcox and her sister Elizabeth Cuzzupe. She is survived by her son Robert Brown and daughter Kelli Borden, her grandchildren Caitlyn, Kristin and Emily Borden, three great granddaughters as well as several nieces, nephews and other family members.
