Mrs. Frances Wilson Crenshaw Bolotin went to her heavenly home December 4, 2014. She was born September 27, 1926, in Fisher County, Texas, the seventh child of eleven children born to Clay Hilton Wilson and Sophie Wicker Wilson. She attended school in Winters, Texas and graduated from Winters High School. She met and married Curtis L. Crenshaw in 1945 and was married for 54 ½ years before his death. Before making her home in Newnan, she lived in New Mexico, Kansas, Texas, coming here from Utah. She was an active member of the P.E.O. Sisterhood for 35 + years, a charter member of Cornerstone United Methodist Church, Joy Bible Study group and Lora’s Ladies. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her five sisters, three brothers, husband, Curtis L. Crenshaw, daughter, Martha Jo Crenshaw, and her late husband, Alec J. Bolotin. Surviving are her daughter, Kathy Babbitt (Scott) Peachtree City; granddaughter, Amanda Babbitt, great-grandson, Cody Allen, Newnan; sisters, Jody Sweatmon of San Antonio, TX and Claydene Harmon of Savannah, TX, many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly, and step-son William Bolotin of California.
