Frances Taylor Embrey, age 86, of Manassas, Virginia passed away Tuesday, December 22, 2015 at the Novant Health Prince William Medical Center. She was born on March 7, 1929 in Washington, DC the daughter of the late Charles and Kate Taylor. She was retired from the Bull Run ASAP. She was a active member of Trinity Episcopal Church; served on the Manassas Park City Council from 1977-1980 1981-1994; member of the Manassas Park Woman’s club 1978-2003 serving as President for 15 years. She was Manassas Park Citizen of the Year 1992 2001. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert William Embrey, Sr and her granddaughter, Crystal Pauley Harris. Survivors include her sons, Robert W. Embrey, Jr and wife Connie, Joseph T. Embrey and wife Melanie, John M. Embrey; daughters, Kathryn L. Moss and husband Don, Julie A. Colgan and husband Mike; grandchildren, Robert G. Embrey, Erin W. Embrey, Michael D. Pauley, David R. Moss, Michael J.
