Frances M. Allman Lane, 84, Middletown, died July 4, 2009 at Middletown Nursing & Rehabilitation Center after a brief illness. She was born on May 7, 1925 in Anderson, and resided in Middletown. Frances was a homemaker and a devoted mother who loved her family very much.
She is survived by her sons: Larry wife, Sylvia Lane, of Orange Park, FL; Ron wife, Sherry Lane, of Middletown, and Ken wife Judith Lane, of Madison. Sisters: Mary Renker of Anderson; Helen Glen Gaff of FT. Wayne; Sue Fred Reagin of Anderson, Betty Wilson of Anderson and a brother, Jim Alberta Allman of Anderson. Several nieces & nephews also survive.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Lane; Parents: Ernest and Ida Brotherton Allman; Brothers: John Allman, Bill Allman, Bob Allman; and sisters: Dorothy Lane, Edna McGhee, and Barbara McIlvain
