Frances Irene (Jello) Duntz Hiltz received her wings Friday, November 3, 2017. The daughter of the late Andrew and Mary (Mazurkiewicz) Jello, she grew up on the family farm in Lebanon and married William H. Duntz Jr., also of Lebanon. Frannie did secretarial work for many years at Darien Brothers in Norwich and S&S Leather in Colchester. She then worked for Rogers Corporation in South Windham until she and Willie moved to Stuart, FL in 1979, remaining there until Willie’s death in 1988. Frannie moved back to Connecticut and worked for the Norwichtown Convalescent Home until her retirement. Frannie married Thurl “Phil” Hiltz in 1992. They lived in South Windham. Together the couple enjoyed traveling until her health started to decline. She loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren immensely.
