Frances E. Johnson, 82, died July 15th of Leukemia. Frances was born December 4, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois, the only child of Samuel and Ruth Bibb.
Frances grew up in Chicago and spent her childhood summers on the North Dakota farm of her Aunt and Uncle, Lois and John Swanson.
Frances graduated from Carlton college and then married Richard E. Johnson on August 8, 1953.
Frances spent her life as a wife, mother, avid golfer and bridge player and knew who lived in every home in Palos Park, Illinois.
Frances is survived by her children, Gregory Johnson (Janet) of Little Rock, Arkansas, Laurie Hessel, (Del) of Fort Collins, Colorado, Sherrie Johnson of Palos Park, Illinois, Bonnie Mazzei of Orland Park, Illinois and four grandchildren, Samantha, Corey, Dana, and Mitchell.
