Frances passed away on Monday morning, October 10, 2016 at the age of 86. She was born on May 18, 1930 in Kalamazoo MI a daughter of the late Charles and Patience (McCleary) Hodges. Frances worked for many years as a nurse at Bronson Hospital and then as a home care nurse.
She was a loyal member of the Chapman Memorial Church of the Nazarene. On March 27, 1948 Frances married Oral James Billington who preceded her in death on June 25, 2015. She was also preceded in death by three siblings.
Frances is survived by two children, Oral James Billington, Jr. of Green Bay, WI and Patience “Pat” & Dean Pike of Fulton, MI; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
