Frances Fissell died Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Daytona Beach Health and Rehab Center Nursing Home, Daytona Beach, FL. . She was born in Newark and resided in Iselin for 15 years before moving to Florida 14 years ago. She was a manager for Rutgers University @ Browers Commons for 15 years retiring in 2002.
Frances was predeceased by her husband David Fissell (2001) and her brother Joseph Conklin. Surviving are her children Dawn Granholm-Vettori, Donna McGonegal, Sandy Meray and April Henry, sisters Catherine Dibernardo and Patricia Shields, her brother John Conklin and 5 grandchildren Krystal Ahern, Dakota Rooney, Priscilla Meray, Amber and Sabrina McGonegal.
