Frances Atkinson Crowley, age 80, of Milford, passed away on Friday, March 16, 2007, at home. She was born on April 19, 1926, in Camden, NJ, to the late Dr. G. Russell and Frances Neuffer Atkinson. She graduated from Burlington College for Women in NJ and the University of Vermont.
