Frances Arlene Barber, age 79 of Parkville passed away Wednesday, September 23, 2020 surrounded by family. Born in Baltimore to the late Webster Earle Barber and Mildred E. (Sinsko) Barber Kolb; beloved mother of Mark Price and wife Joann of Fallston, Richard “Rick” Price of Parkville, Kirk Price of Baltimore and Tracy Shirk and husband John of Fallston; dear sister of Ronald Barber of Ohio, Thomas Barber of Jarrettsville, Jacqueline Johnson and husband Gary of Kingsville and the late Carol Ann Kutchey; proud grandmother of Lauren Price, Jacob Price and Griffin Shirk. She will be lovingly missed by her family and friends
