Floyd D. Hoover (Uncle Floyd), died November 10, 2016. Uncle Floyd was born on July 22, 1927, in Conway, AR and was raised in the “Lollie Bottoms”. He lived his sunset years with his niece Joyce Teas in Heber Springs.
Uncle Floyd never married and had no children, but his nieces and nephews were abundant. He had a great love for music and played the harmonica with great enthusiasm.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Eva Hoover Meeks, brothers Walter and Herbert Hoover, and sister Mildred Sellers.
