Florence Mazur (nee: Mattera) known to many as Pat, of Burlington passed away in Lourdes Medical Center in Willingboro on Monday at the age of 89. Born in Rio Grande to the late Joseph and Assanta Mattera, she lived in Burlington most of her life. She worked her whole career as a seamstress and continued to sew at home in her spare time.
She also enjoyed tending to her yard. Predeceased by her husband Chester and brothers Joseph and Frank Mattera, she is survived by a son Chet Mazur of Manahawkin, grandson Chester Mazur, III, sisters Rose Futrell of Rio Grande, Palm Davis of Jacksonville, FL., brother Henry Mattera of Rio Grande, her best friend and neighbor Ginny Roughton and many nieces and nephews.
