FLORENCE VIRGINIA CARL MULLINS, age 62 of Manassas Park, Virginia died Thursday, May 22, 2003. Flo served on the Manassas Park School Board for 6 years and was past president of the Manassas Park High School Athletic Boosters Club. She also was a member of the Manassas Park Womens Club. Survivors include two daughters, Debra S. Puckett, of Manassas and Mary A. Steelman, of Manassas Park, three sons, John R. Carl and his wife, Bobbie of Manassas Park, James R. Carl and his wife, Shawn of Manassas and Joel R. Carl and his wife, Cathrine of Stafford, two sisters, Mildred L. Vannoy, of Maryland and Mary E. Waak, of Laporte, Indiana , two brothers, Bert E. Fary, of Staunton and Robert M. Fary, of Glouster, 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
