Florence Neuendorf, 93, of Iowa Falls, Iowa, passed away Thursday August 27, 2020, at Hansen Family Hospital Iowa Falls.
Florence Irene Brass was born September 5, 1926, at her parents farm in Lee Township in Franklin County Iowa, the daughter of John Ehman and Mae Helen (Kirsebom) Brass. On June 27, 1946, she was married to Raymond LaVerne Neuendorf at Iowa Falls, Iowa. To this union one daughter was born Julie. Florence was a homemaker all her life. She loved to sew and was a talented quilt-maker and embroiderer. She was a wonderful baker and made the best pies in Iowa Falls.
Florence is survived by her daughter Julie Neuendorf of Edmond, Oklahoma and two grandsons, Shawn (Stephanie) Mesch of Quinter, Kansas and James Shaw (and Courtney) of Yukon, Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond; one brother John W. Brass; and three sisters: Amanda Brass, Neva Alt, and Doris Dufloth
