Florence I. (Johnson) Arthofer, 92 of Manchester, widow of Rudolph F. Arthofer Jr., died Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at an area convalescent home.
Florence was born in Randolf, MA on July 24, 1923, daughter of Carl Iver Johnson and Alida (Tangen) Johnson. She came to the Hartford area as a young child and had been a resident of Manchester since 1956.
