Florence was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who not only was an excellent cook and seamstress, loved to travel and supported her family in every way possible. Her favorite pass time was perch fishing and playing cards. Later, at the age of 65, Florence purchased for herself a jet ski and a travel trailer which she enjoyed with her grandchildren. Then began many travel adventures with her retiree friends from Kmart and daughter, Barbara who lived internationally and her son, James who lived in California. Florence traveled to her ancestral home town of Poznan Poland, walked the Great Wall of China, trekked the jungles of Brazil and toured many castles and destinations in Europe. Florence also had a winter home in Florida, where she enjoyed line dancing and playing bingo. Florence was most often heard saying “Let’s Go.”

Mrs. Lawrence is survived by her two children, Barb (Steve) Proctor and Jim (Lori) Lawrence; four grandchildren, Jeff and Gregg Proctor, Tyler and Matt Lawrence and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents Florence is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Lawrence; four sisters, and three brothers.
