Newark – Florence A. Holbrook, 92 went home to spend eternity with her Lord on February 15, 2002.

Mrs. Holbrook was born the daughter of Albert and Celia Nelson Anderson on July 30, 1909 in Jamestown, New York. She taught school for many years in the Westfield and Hartfield, New York area. She was known to everyone as grandma and spent many hours in prayer for her family and friends. She also enjoyed reading books and her favorite was her Bible.
Mrs. Holbrook is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Karen and Richard Hinchey of Newark; grandchildren Elaine and Christopher Pragle of Macedon, Ann and Kevin Turner of Macedon and David Hinchey of California; great grandchildren Elijah and Kaleb Pragle, Zackary and Abigail Turner; two nieces and one nephews.
Mrs. Holbrook was predeceased by her husband Milton in 1974, one brother and one sister.
