Martha “Flo” Fowler, 84, of Miramar Beach, Florida, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2015. Flo was born on March 3, 1931 to parents Homer and Lelia Watkins in Jonesboro Louisiana. She was predeceased by her loving husband Gene Fowler and her son Gary. Flo is survived by her children; David, Wayne, Martha; her five grandchildren and her 13 great grandchildren. Flo will be missed dearly by her family and many friends.
