Mr. Bailey is survived by his wife, Kathy Bailey of Huntsville; his children, Chris, Jason, and Cindy Bailey, all of Huntsville; his stepchildren, Wayne Hillard, Casey Manning, Brittany and Jesse Durrance, all of Huntsville; his mother, Helen Louise Bailey of Huntsville; his brothers, Kenneth Bailey of Florida, and Hyder Bailey of West Virginia; 5 grandchildren and 4 step grandchildren.
