Felicitas Monroe, Age 66, of the Golden Living Center of Vanceburg, Ky. Passed away Tuesday November 5, 2013 @ 3:25PM with her family by her side after an extended illness.
Felicitas was born in Vanceburg, Kentucky November 15, 1946 to the late Marce and Cora Smith Johnson. She was a homemaker and was of the Christian Faith. Felicitas enjoyed geneology and was a volunteer for the Lewis County Historical Society.
