Faye (Vanderpool) Smith, 60, of Indianapolis, passed away on Wednesday, July 6, 2016, in Indianapolis. She was born October 24, 1955, in Jellico, Tennessee, to her parents Albert and Evelyn (West) Vanderpool.
She worked as a newspaper carrier for Indy Sales and loved to play bingo.
Faye is survived by her children, Melissa (Willie) Zollicoffer, Laura Smith, and Michael Smith, all of Indianapolis, four sisters, Novella McGuire of Daytona, Florida, Rose Hinds and Emma Sue Bennett both of Greenwood, Indiana, and Theresa (Mike) Williams of Columbus, Ohio, four brothers, James (Rita) Vanderpool of Brownsburg, Luther (Vitta) Vanderpool of Lebanon, Elbert Jr. (Judy) Vanderpool and Allen Vanderpool both of Williamsburg, Kentucky, and four grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Elbert and Evelyn Vanderpool and a sister, Diana Vanderpool.
