Evelyn Virginia Fair, age 92, passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at her home in Manassas, VA. She was born on April 8, 1924 in Manassas, VA to the late Robert Treat and Ruth Lee (Crouch) Payne. Mrs. Fair enjoyed quilting, gardening, cooking and reading her Bible. She was a member of Manassas Church of God. Preceded in death by her parents; husband: Noah Edward Fair, son: Norman Fair and granddaughter: Christina Fair. Survivors include four children: Vivian Weiss, Robert Fair, Sr., Paul Fair, Sr., and wife Terry and Donald Fair and wife Angela; daughter-in-law: Linda Fair; eight grandchildren: Robert Fair, Jr., John Fair, Paul Fair, Jr., Yvonne Kemp, Michelle Kincaid, Eugene Fair; and Lance Fair and Jessica Smith and their mother: Barbara Fair; 11 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, great great grandchildren and extended family.
