Evelyn Marie Royals Cribbs, 91, of Lake City, passed away early Tuesday morning, October 12, 2021 after an extended illness. She was born in Jasper, Florida on January 30, 1930 to the late Johnny Rufus Eddins and Mattie Stacey Eddins. She has made Lake City her home since 1968, moving here from Waycross, GA. She was a waitress for the Magnolia BBQ for over 25 years and also owned a couple of restaurants as well.
She is survived by her sons, Eugene Royals (Nancy), Dan Royals, Jr. (Jennifer) and Chris Royals (Cindy) all of Lake City; daughters, Linda Roady (Chris) of Tallahassee; Rosa Royals Chambliss (Larry) of Haskell, OK and Tammy Lynn Kavanagh of Lake City. Fourteen grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren also survive.
