Evelyn Rose Linner, 83, of South Bend, Indiana, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2006, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center of South Bend. Evelyn was born on September 9, 1922. On June 14, 1940, as Evelyn Rose Sobecki, she married Eugene Linner who survives. Also surviving is a daughter Carolyn Jendreas of Mission Viejo, California; sons, Michael Linner of South Bend, Eugene Linner, Jr. of Fredericksburg, Virginia; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Frances Sherwood of California, Genevieve Wilkenson; and a brother, James Sobecki of Michigan City, Indiana.
