Mrs. Pecka was born November 11, 1920 in Millinocket, Maine daughter of the late August and Melvina (Raymond) LeBlanc. She was a graduate of Millinocket – Sterns High School class of 1938and moved to Waterbury in 1940. She had worked for Shoe Hardware making zippers for the war effort.
She is survived by two sons, John A. Pecka of Silver City, NM and David J.
