Evelyn L. Thomas age 80, of Ashland passed away Friday March 5, 2010 at the Samaritan Regional Health System.
Born on August 27, 1929 in Aladonia Ohio the daughter of Carl and Enid (Perkins) Goddard, Mrs. Thomas had been an Ashland resident most of her life.
While in Ashland she was employed at Wal-Mart before retiring. She had also been employed at the Richland Trust Band and the A.L. Garber Company.
On September 25, 1948 she married Beryl L. Thomas who preceded her in death in 1997.
Surviving are two sons and one daughter, Mark L. Thomas, David L. Thomas and Suzanne L. Mosier all of Ashland. Also surviving are four grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her parents.
Mrs. Thomas was a member of the First Christian Church and a member of the BPW.
