Eva Wasser Sherinian, 64, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, June 2, 2021.
Eva was born October 3, 1956, in Philadelphia, PA, to William and Eva Kurilko Wasser. A graduate of Horsham High School in Horsham, PA and Waynesburg College, in Waynesburg PA, she had a long career in sales and marketing which included a variety of media formats ending with over 14 years as an account executive for the Des Moines Radio Group.
She was a volunteer with St. Paul’s Cathedral including having been a youth group leader and mentor within the youth group program. Eva was family and home oriented and enjoyed gardening, cooking, decorating, reading and traveling. Above all things, she cherished being a mother. She had a positive and vibrant spirit that will be missed by all that loved and knew her.
Eva is survived by her sons, Michael J. Sherinian and Nicholas A. Sherinian of Des Moines; her brother, Michael Wasser of Philadelphia, PA; nephews: Bill Wasser and Andrew Wasser; best friend/sister, Denise Harris of Mechanicsburg, PA; as well as many beloved friends and family members.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her daughter Charlotte.
