Eva Melzie Bumgarner Isenhour, 90, of Statesville, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2010 at Maple Leaf Health Care Center of Statesville.
Eva was born in Iredell County on January 25, 1920 to the late Zeb and Minnie Davis Bumgarner and grew up in the East Monbo community.
She is survived by three sons, Terry Joe (Shelby) Compton, Kenneth Ray (Linda) Isenhour and Russell Ernest (Jean) Isenhour, all of Statesville; two daughters, Marlene Compton (Fed) Mills and Donna Gail Moose, both of Statesville; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by six sisters, six brothers and one grandchild.
