Mr. Tourangeau was born in Waterbury on April 3, 1949 son of the late Eugene and Mary (Lushinsky) Tourangeau. He was retired as a musician, enjoyed music, and was an avid photographer of nostalgic spots.
Mr. Tourangeau is survived Cousins: Sandra Fox of Beacon Falls and Ronald Day and his wife Betty of Shreveport, Louisiana and many second cousins.
