Eugene E. Rozmarynowski, 64, of South Bend, IN, passed away 10:20 p.m., Tuesday, May 16, 2006, in Our Lady of Peace Hospital. Eugene was born on January 23, 1942, in South Bend, to Edward and Clara (Prentkowski) Rozmarynowski. He retired from the South Bend Fire Department on May 20, 1988, after twenty years of service. He was preceded by his wife of 35 years, Rita A. Rozmarynowski, on July 4, 2005, and by his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Betty and Anthony Nafrady.
Surviving are three daughters, Kimberly (Thomas) Paholski of South Bend, IN, Sandra Williams-Imus and her fiance Terry Stephenson of Granger, IN, Christine (George) Mighion of South Bend, IN; six grandchildren, Randy Williams, David Imus, Rachel Paholski, Lindsey Paholski, Cheyenne Tankersley, and Athan Mighion; his mother, Clara Rozmarynowski of South Bend, IN; and by two sisters, Joan Tharp of South Bend, IN and Patricia (Phil) Reynolds of Edwardsburg, MI.
