Ethel D. DeSelms (Finley), 86 of Centralia passed away Monday, December 25, 2017 at her home. She was born June 4, 1931 in Centralia, daughter of Charles E. DeSelms and Alta Frances (Daniels) DeSelms.
She is survived by five children: Billy Finley and wife Sandra of Centralia, Terry Finley and wife Gidget of Centralia, Glenda Sanders and husband Mike of Centralia, Patti Berning and husband Jerry of Walnut Hill, and Janet Huffman and husband Jesse of Noble, IL; 12 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 7 great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a son: Robert Finley, six brothers, four sisters: Dora, Nora, Ola and Charlene. Ethel was a member of the Wamac Missionary Baptist Church. She worked at Graphic Packaging for 17 years. Ethel was a very hard worker and a very caring person.
She enjoyed cooking, being with family and going out with friends. Ethel loved her grandchildren and family very much.
