He fatheredone child Gospel Recording Artist Broderick E. Hooey. Ethel moved on and had threeAdditional children Michael Brown, Brandon Brown, and Marcus Brown. They all residein Texas. She was Employed at Ben Taub Hospital in the 70’s as a unit clerk supervisorand later explored into the shell oil and gas industry in the 80’s until the recession causedher to be a stay at home mom. And Subsequently relocated to Cold Spring Texas whereshe lived on inherited property shared with her siblings Estella Brown, Ruth Brown, and Aaron Brown Jr. Ethel Accepted Christ at an Early age, she Attended and was Baptizedat East Park Missionary Baptist Church in Houston, under the Leadership of Rev. TonyA. Bowdry. Ethel Departed this Life on Monday April 4, 2016 at 1:38am due to a three year complications from a stroke that caused her to be immobilized in a Huntsville Nursing Facility. Preceding her in Death was her mother Mary Walker Brown, Father Aaron Brown Sr.Ethel leaves to Cherish her Legacy and Memory to her loving sons Broderick E. Hooey, MichaelBrown, Brandon Brown and Marcus Brown Four Grandchildren one Brother Aaron Brown Jr andRuth Brown one sister-in-Law Sharron Brown late Aunts and many nieces and nephews,cousinsand a Host of Loving Friends.
