Esther Sotolongo, age 90, of Fairfield, beloved wife of the late Pastor G. Sotolongo, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family Friday, May 21, 2021. Born in Hubei, China, the daughter of the late Liu Enhou and Bai Nanzhen, she had been a Fairfield resident for the last 45 years. She received a BS degree and a Masters degree in Nursing from Boston University.
