Ernest is survived by his grandchildren, Heidi and Carlos Vergara, Kalamazoo, Michigan, Len and Wendy Hillhouse, Omaha, Nebraska, Deborah and Richard Andrews, Gretna, Nebraska, Danny and Kris Turner, Omaha, Nebraska, Douglas and Darcy Turner, Gretna, Nebraska; 13 great grandchildren;15 great-great grandchildren; sisters, Georgia (Gerald) Brommer, Marie Kontich both of California; several nieces, nephews and friends.
