Erma Arldine Sexton passed from this world on April 15, 2013. She was born to Oscar and Stella Hill on May 23, 1914, in Buffalo Center, Iowa. Erma was a loving wife to William Sexton of Ames, Iowa, and between the two of them raised their sons, Bill and Ron. She attended AIB Business School and enjoyed her career as a secretary for ISU and for the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Ames. Erma loved walking in the woods, fishing with her grandsons and tending to her flowers. She was a caretaker for any one who needed her compassionate support. Her family, Bill and Marcia Sexton of Spirit Lake, Iowa, Ron and Nan Sexton of Cape Coral, Florida, six grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one great great-grandchild will truly miss her. Thank you, Mom, for all of the special surprise boxes and most of all for your unconditional love.
