Erik Lee Hollenbaugh, 40, of Denver, Colorado passed away on November 24, 2021.

He was born to parents, Ronnie and Delores Hollenbaugh on October 20, 1981 in Georgetown, South Carolina. He graduated from Georgetown High School in South Carolina and received a Bachelor of Science Degree with emphasis in Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of South Carolina. Following, he received his Graduate Degree in Drug and Addiction Studies also at the University of South Carolina and then his Masters Degree in Criminal Justice at the University of Colorado. 

He worked as a Mental Health Professional and Social Worker for MRO and received awards from United States Army Medical Department and Activity Army Substance Abuse programs. 

Erik was a kind, compassionate and caring soul who touched many people’s lives both professionally and personally. He was a loving son, brother and friend who will be greatly missed by all that knew him. He will always be loved and forever remembered in our hearts. 

He is survived by his parents, Ronnie and Delores; brothers, Kyle (Austin) L. Hollenbaugh and Ian B. Hollenbaugh; uncles and aunts, Danny and Kim Eaddy, Albert and Nudang Eaddy, Willonette Steed, Randy and Myra Hollenbaugh and many loving cousins and friends. He is preceded in death by grandparents, Capers W. and Mary L. Eaddy and Blair and Edith Hollenbaugh and his godmother, Ann Hanna.
